Can my spouse/partner share my Stablepay card or account?
Our card issuing vendor requires that each card be tied to a single verified user, so shared or joint cards aren't available right now. We plan to introduce authorized users for business accounts in the future.

You can use your Stablepay card anywhere that accepts major card networks. You can also use it in person by adding it to a mobile wallet like Apple Pay or Google Pay to tap and pay.

No. There are no fees to get a Stablepay card.

Stablepay offers virtual cards you can use right away for online and mobile payments. Card availability depends on your country.
How Do I Get a Physical Card?
Physical cards are coming soon. For now, Stablepay offers a virtual card you can use right away.
Can I Change the Name on My Card After It's Issued?
No. The name on your card can't be changed after it's issued, as it needs to match the verified identity on your account.
How Do I Use My Stablepay Card for Payments?
There are two main ways to use your Stablepay card. You can pay online directly by entering your card details at checkout on the merchant's site. Or you can add your card to a digital wallet like Apple Pay or Google Pay and use that for online and in-store payments.
How Do I View My Stablepay Card Number and Details?
To view your card number and details, go to Cards and tap Show Details. You'll be prompted to confirm with biometrics, after which your full card number, expiry date, and CVV will be displayed.
Can I Set a PIN for My Stablepay Card?
Since Stablepay currently offers virtual cards, there's no PIN needed. PIN functionality will come with physical cards, which are coming soon.
How to Delete a Stablepay Card?
To delete a card, go to your Cards, tap Card Settings, then select Delete. You'll be asked to type the word "delete" to confirm, after which the card will be removed.
What is my card spending limit?
Your card spends directly from your Stablepay balance, so your available balance is your limit. We're planning to add card spending limits in the future, as well as other similar card control functionality, so you'll be able to set your own limit if you'd like.
